One drink is about the amount of alcohol an adult human can process in one hour. Typically something like a 12-ounce can of beer around 5% alcohol by volume, or a 5-ounce glass of wine around 12% alcohol by volume, or a 1.5-ounce shot of whiskey at around 40% alcohol by volume.
